Basic:

Create sets of alternating lines (I chose one line two rotations to the left, the next two rotations the the right, etc). In the next set rotate each line twice as many rotations in the opposite direction (in this case 4) to get the same rotation on the opposite side. *Note* To achieve the tumbling affect it is important that the marcher on each point, when rotated, are one below the point on the next set. For demonstration purposes, each marcher in this situation will have their horn down.
