This drill move was inspired by this animation.
It is most easily done with any multiple of 4 marchers. (8 used in example and animation)
This allows marchers to rotate a circle around a central point while maintaining a straight-line path. This is a great way to rotate a circle without the form scaling down and stretching back out between sets.
5 sets are needed to go through one full rotation. 9 sets are used in the example to go through 2 full rotations.
