About Me:

Hi! I currently am a junior music education major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Oboe. I was Cymbal Technician and arranger for the DuBois Area High School Indoor Percussion, as well as an arranger for the regular marching band season. For the fall, I worked as a Music Instructor. I came from Group 3 Tournament of Bands group, DuBois Area High School. My last season there was 2009 where we had the highest ranking at Atlantic Coast Championships on record ( a tie for 9th place) with a score of 89.6 I was drum major that year where we were in the top 5 in the drum major caption.

While in High School I also participated in the Indoor Percussion program for two years. in '09 on Bass 2 and in '10 as the Cymbal section leader/cymbal music writer/cymbal visual designer... etc. My dream is to teach marching band and indoor. I also did a lot of PMEA festivals.

Judging:

I love shows that catch me off guard, and make me second guess what I saw... or... at least when its in a, "Whoa! Wow!" way. I also judge by how much a show sticks with its theme.
