Under Recognized Shows
You had great flow in that show, plus there was a neat surprise in the middle!
My Show: micromarching.com/show/3bmw/gloom
Fantastic work! Especially in the flags. I also loved the colors of the show.
My Show: micromarching.com/show/3224/shadows
I love the flow of the drill in your show! The whole thing really looks great!
My show: micromarching.com/show/3dgz/dont-chance-it
Your overall staging is vastly improving, that show being a great example of that!
micromarching.com/show/34ub/darkest-before-the-daw... This show scored very well, but when people talk about my shows and tell me which ones they like most, this one hasn't been brought up yet. It's my favorite by far I've designed.
I love your drill and how you used the field. You never seize to amaze to me:)
My Show: micromarching.com/show/3b27/to-catch-a-kings-crown
I liked the way you used the enitre field with your show. I also like the portrayal of the crown by the single guard member with a gold flag that keeps getting trapped amongst the winds, percussion and other guard members.
My Show: micromarching.com/show/3bcw/one-star-filled-night
Very nice show! You portrayed the theme very well, I really liked the shooting star part, it added a nice effect! And yea I think indoor perc. shows are the most underrated shows overall on here, but his one was cool! :D
My Show: micromarching.com/show/3csb/winter Didn't really get the score I was wanting for this one but its my best in my opinion...
I liked your whole concept and theme, especially the description in the beginning (the best way to start a show in my opinion). I also liked the use of the whole field in the beginning as the guard came in. Lastly I like that you have the hits at just the right time.
My Show: micromarching.com/show/1drd/black-white-waves
I really liked how you conveyed the theme through the recurring elements that you presented in the show as well as the juxtaposition in style and color between the guard and the horn line. Great job!
micromarching.com/show/3cqh/a-not-so-basic-basic-s... I worked really hard on this one and I believe it to be my best yet but despite all efforts, I still can't break the 7 barrier with regards to score.
Truthfully, this blew the doors off the 7 barrier. The fluidity and creativity of the design is impeccable.
micromarching.com/show/3cjv/dont-cry I really thought this was a great indoor guard show. I think that in general guard shows are underrated, especially some of bluesky94's work.
All the staging and work was really effective. Good job framing the soloist as well.
I don't really feel like any of my shows was any more overlooked than the rest, but I would like for them all to get a little more exposure. So I guess if you could just pick one from my profile to check out I'd appreciate it. I think i would recommend one of these two though. micromarching.com/show/1zlu/as-real-as-it-gets micromarching.com/show/1xkp/glide P.S. I'm not meaning to break the rules by linking two shows. I'm just giving a choice. You don't have to watch both or either of them. Log in to add a comment. |

I know we used to have a post about under recognized shows and what not, so I thought it would be something cool to bring back!
Here are the rules:
*Post one show that you feel was under recognized for the work you put into it
*In order to post a show, you must post one compliment about the show above yours
*One show per post
Here is my show:
