Metronome Fail
jgriff17 Apr '12
I used Mr. Metronome on a synced show, and I published it, but when I published the show Mr. Metronome stopped working correctly, I think his speed might have doubled. Any ideas?
Mr. Metronome doesn't work after publishing.
From the Help Section: Mr. Metronome Ctrl-M Add a special marcher to the field to control pacing. The further he moves, the slower the set will go. He will NOT appear in the show, and speed will only be affected in Preview mode. This means you should record in Preview (3D) mode, not Edit mode.
Oh ok didn't see that thanks bro
Mr. Metronome or marchers used as time keepers should only be used for making synced shows, and even then, should be deleted before publishing. If you try to manage the speed of a non-synced show, you’ll find that it will slow down the speed of your show considerably, and when people watch it, they’ll get bored and likely give you a lower score.
