Horn Pops

Ok I'm a little confused by the whole horn pop thing. All I can make my horns do is bring their horns up and down. Are horn pops only available to premium members? I keep seeing them being talked about in shows' likes...

A horn pop is a horn's up.. If you're referring to a horns to the box animation, it doesn't exist; with the current animations it can't exist because think about your position as a designer. You're hundreds of feet in the air. You're already seeing their bells, which is what horns to the box does for the judges, they aren't really gonna go any higher.
