To be clear, if members want to ask questions about say, drum major tips, or tips for auditioning for a DCI corps, they should ask these questions in the band and corps forum, correct?

It might be a good idea to create some how-to topics along the way and sticky them to the top of this forum.

I agree with the above statement. Or perhaps relocate a few stickies such as 'How to Improve Your Show/Score', '10 ways to improve your Show/Score', and 'Colorguard - a how to'. (from the show design sub-forum)
