About the Show
PLEASE READ!
A show based off of the Troopers, "America's Corps," that hails from Casper, Wyoming.
Some images represented in the show: their logo (double crossed sabre with the number 11, based off the 11th Ohio Cavalry), a variation of their classic "Sunburst" drill move (one or multiple expanding circles), and their classic Boy Scout-like uniforms. Also, the white and yellow flag the soloists use are meant to be a replica of their corps flag, carried out by the drum major before every show.
Tonight is a very special night because it's the first time in 23 years that the Troopers will be returning to DCI Finals. A big congrats to America's Corps, and here's to wishing them greater success years to come.
I dedicate this show to Jerry McLarty, a member here on MML who got to spend this historic summer marching with the Troopers. Through MML, Jerry has become a friend of mine, and we even got to meet up at the DCI Eastern Classic in Allentown last weekend.
Here's to Jerry and the TROOPERS!
